If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the books. We can credit your card if return is received within 20 days of the original charge date. After that, we can credit your account with us and you can use the balance for purchasing. Shipping charges are non refundable and all books returned must be in good, salable condition.

Videos, DVDs, Sale books, Special Orders and methods for learning languages are not returnable. No credit will be given for books that appear damaged or used in any way. Tapes and CDs must be unopened and in the manufacturer's original packaging without any seller’s label adhesive. Please pack items carefully so that they arrive in good condition.

All shortages must be reported by the customer within 20 days of invoice date. Please make sure to attach a copy of the claim you filed with the carrier that delivered the items you received damaged.

Overstock returns are accepted for credit only with prior written authorization. Books may be returned up to 12 months from the invoice date. Some exceptions apply.

Requests for authorization to return multiple items must include

• Our invoice numbers and date,
• the ISBN, quantity, price for each title, and
• the reason for the return.

Please include the authorization with your return.

Videos, DVDs and methods for learning languages are not returnable. Books marked NR on the invoice are Special Order or Sale titles and, therefore, are not returnable. If we receive books that are non-returnable, it will be the customer's responsibility to issue a call-tag for the books within 45 days of our notification of the non-returnability. Failure to do so will result in the books becoming abandoned.

Credits are applied against future purchases; we do not offer cash refunds. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
